About the Employer
** F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. ** Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. ** Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. ** Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. ** Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. ** Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.
Requirements / Qualifications
Substitutes are "On-Call" employees serving on a day-to-day basis. Woodlake Unified School District is in the process of gathering a pool of classified substitutes for: -Bus Drivers (must have required certifications) -Clerical (must have clerical experience) -Custodians -Food Service Workers -Non Instructional/Yard Duty Aides -Instructional Aides (must meet the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requirement - High School Diploma or equivalent; AA degree or at least 48 college units or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test) -Preschool Teacher Assistants Contingent upon being hired, selected candidates must complete an on-line Mandatory Classified Substitute New Hire Orientation, provide proof of a negative TB reading (no older than 4 years), and pass a criminal background check by the Department of Justice and FBI.
