CA Multiple Subject Credential with highly qualified status authorizations (NCLB/HQT; EL Auth - ELA1, CLAD/BCLAD, SB 2042, or R242 or equivalent) Candidates in the process of completing their credential program are encouraged to apply and indicate within their supporting documents when they anticipate program completion.
