The purpose of the California Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Hub Grant is to build STEAM capacity in Imperial County's expanded learning (after school) programs, as well as build knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) in expanded learning programs to create a coherence with the instructional day. The STEAM Hub Grant will identify the skills needed to ensure capacity building which will include, but no limited to, facilitation, trainer and coaching skills, as well as a knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards. ***This position is contingent upon grant funding*** Applications are screened to determine qualifications: Qualified applicants will be notified of test date, time and place. Testing may include written, oral, performance or other evaluation methods to measure knowledge and skills. Applicants must pass all tests in order to be further considered in the hiring process.
