Yuba County Office of Education is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources, certificated or classified, depending upon the certification held by the selected applicant.

Education, Training and Experience
- Any combination of education or training equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from any accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- In addition, specialized human resources training in the field of California public education is highly desirable.
- Five years of increasingly responsible human resources experience (or closely related field), in public education, including experience in supervision and evaluation, collective bargaining wage and salary administration, health and welfare benefits administration and industrial relations.
The education and training or experience requirements may be modified or waived at the sole discretion of the Superintendent. At least one of the education and training, or experience requirements must be met; both requirements cannot be modified or waived.

- A copy of all post-secondary transcripts.
- Reference list with at least three professional references.
