RUSD educates nearly 42,000 students across 50 schools in Riverside. The District serves a large portion of Riverside as well as the unincorporated areas of Highgrove and Woodcrest. • Hold or have been recommended for a master’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. The master’s degree program must be accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s Council on Academic Accreditation. • Valid license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. • Valid or ability to obtain a Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential. Requirements for the Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential can be found at http://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/cl879.pdf 1. Online EdJoin Certificated Application. 2. Letter of Interest, résumé, and three (3) current letters of recommendation. 3. Copy of all current credentials held. 4. Copy of valid license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board. 5. Copy of transcripts with degree(s) posted.

After a conditional offer of employment, applicants will be required to pay the cost of all pre-employment processing which may include: physical examinations, drug/alcohol screening, TB screening questionnaire, and fingerprints. Additionally, applicants will be required to complete/participate in the following: AB1432 Mandated Reporting training and Safety training.
