Minimum Qualifications: - Associate’s degree and/or equivalent related field certifications or experience. - A minimum of four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in the technical support field. - Must possess a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License and maintain possession of such license during the course of employment and be insurable at current market values.
