Performing basic food preparation including washing, cutting and assembling food items. Preparing foods and serving food in large quantities using safe work practices, with knowledge of nutritional requirements of school-aged children. Using standard kitchen equipment, utensils and measurements.

Basic food preparation including washing, cutting and assembling food items. Methods of preparing foods and serving food in large quantities. Nutritional requirements of school-aged children. Weighing and measuring devices used in cooking. Basic math. Safe work practices. Basic record-keeping techniques.

Must take and pass English Proficiency Test Must possess valid California Driver's License
