Please submit a PDF copy of the following documents with your application: *Unofficial Transcripts *Valid teaching credential or 30 Day Substitute Permit issued by the CCTC. *Passing CBEST scores *3 letters of recommendation On your application, please include three professional references including full name, phone number and email address. Potential employees are required to obtain a live scan for the Washington Unified School District and provide a TB clearance that is dated within 60 days. You will receive a live scan form once your application is screened and references are checked. You will be required to take the live scan form to any business that provided live scan services for completion.
