  • Credential Copy ((Valid Teaching Credential, Substitute Permit, or CBEST Waiver)

Teacher of the Severely Handicapped serves students with the most severe handicapping conditions. Some students need total care while others function somewhat independently. All services are provided pursuant to an individual educational plan developed for the child. Teacher Court/Community School provides instruction in core academic areas to 14-18 year old students who have been placed in an alternative educational setting. Teachers serve students who have been expelled from comprehensive high schools or are incarcerated in Juvenile Hall.
