Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teacher permit OR Multiple Subject/Single Subject Credential (preferred). Certificate of Clearance CBEST Transcripts Proof of Valid Credential TB test results (within the last 60 days) Drivers License Social Security Card Passport Photo (for ID Badge)
Application must include resume and at least two letters of recommendation.
