BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of and in coordination with the Child Family Services (CFS) Program Coordinator or higher level staff, the position is responsible to develop, organize, coordinate and manage budgetary, operational and staffing aspects of Early Childhood Development Health programs; to plan, organize, schedule, assign and supervise the work of staff providing health services; to advise staff on the interpretation and application of program policies and funding regulations; and to do other related work, as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination of experience and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, child development or a closely related field and at least three years of supervision experience preferably in a health related endeavor. Registered Nurse license preferred.

LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Drivers License, be insurable and maintain insurability.
Subject to driving to conduct work and may be required to provide own transportation.

BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 20 hours per week. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per week.
