Starting Wednesday 5/22/2013 through Friday 5/24/2013, the EDJOIN Staff will be at our annual conference. Monday 5/27/2013 is a holiday and we will return to normal helpdesk hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday 5/28/2013. During this time the helpdesk will be watching the site remotely however we cannot provide an ETA of when we would be able to answer calls or emails. If you have a question or experience a problem in EDJOIN, please click the HELP tab at the top right of the page as many of the questions and answers we receive at the helpdesk can be found there. If you are in need of your username and/or password, please click the LOGIN/REGISTER tab at the top of the page and click LOGIN. At the top left of the page you will see “Forgot Your Username and Password”. Click that to recover your login information.
