Napa Valley Unified School District has a 1.0 F.T.E. open position for a Principal at Harvest Middle School. The current assignment for the Middle School Principal will be at Harvest Middle School. Administrators work for the district as a whole, however, and may be reassigned to another school during their tenure. The District seeks an experienced educational leader who understands middle school philosophy and structures, advocates for all students, enhances the professional development programs for staff, and builds on the strong collaborative relationships with parents and community members. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Standard District Qualifications: Possession of a valid credential authorizing administrative services. A minimum of three years successful administrative experience at the middle school level is preferable. Possession of a CLAD certificate or an emergency CLAD permit required.
