- BA in the following: Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development, or related field. - Possess the appropriate California Child Development Permit in one of the following areas: Program Director, Site Supervisor, Master Teacher or Teacher. Desired: - Previous experience working with families in planning family goals and child educational goals. - Bilingual in Spanish; Cantonese; etc. - Experience with effective communication, working with teen parents in a multiethnic setting.

• First Aid Pediatric CPR Certification
• Clear Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
• Must meet State immunization health requirements and provide proof of TB clearance (to be renewed every 4 years).
• Must have the use of an automobile and must possess a valid California Driver’s license and adequate automobile insurance coverage
• Must be able to conduct home visits
