Job Summary

The Librarian plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a 21st Century learning environment that encourages and inspires academic research, literacy, and contemporary technologies and methodologies that support the school curricula and form secondary students for collegiate studies. The Librarian will model and demonstrate these skills for the entire campus. The Librarian handles the daily operations, upkeep, and advancement of the library.

Minimum: - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University. - Two years or more experience in Library and/or educational environment. - Teacher Librarian Services Credential Preferred: - Masters in Library Science/Information, Educational Technology, or another related degree. - Two years or more experience working in educational technology including LMS, SIS, Web 2.0 tools, apps, interactive e-textbooks etc.
